Hi, I’m Ben.

I’m a Principal Product Designer in Brisbane, and I’ve been designing for 20 years.

I’ve been a creative for as long as I can remember. As a kid I painted, drew, wrote stories and made up my own games, and I never really stopped. That became graphic design in 2006 and years of national retail campaigns, then followed the work from print into digital products: a rebrand, an app, a cashback platform, and now the AI-native products I lead at Lendi Group.

What ties it all together is systems thinking. I love connecting product strategy, experience architecture, interaction design and AI, so that complex things feel simple and intuitive, for customers and for the people and agents working behind them.

I still believe good design tells a story. I advocate hard for the people using what we make, and I’m happiest in teams where design, product and engineering work it out together. These days that also means sharing what I’m learning: speaking at industry conferences and broker forums, running agent-building workshops and hackathons, and mentoring designers as AI reshapes the craft.
