Hi, I’m Ben, a Principal Product Designer in Brisbane. I’ve been designing for 20 years, and today I focus on AI-native products and systems design, making complex things feel simple.

I lead Agentic Experience at Lendi Group, the team behind Lendi and Aussie, shaping everything from the platform’s architecture to the design system our AI agents build with.

Before that, I spent fourteen years at Shopa Docket, turning receipt coupons into an app and launching Shopa Save, cashback rewards linked to Mastercard, eftpos Beem and CoinJar.

I enjoy mentoring designers, especially now that AI is reshaping our craft, and I’ve started sharing what I’m learning, beginning with Designing the future of AI.
